The staff was great super nice and helpful.

I did not expect to enjoy buying a car but our salesman Zack Smith was wonderful at his job. He and the manager and loan officer all helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted. I will recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a car.

Appreciated the shuttle service. Also that an additional problem was found and fixed. Ty is a good communicator.

The way I was greeted: I’m used to the service writer greeting me, rather than me having to walk up to the desk, and them not figuring out from the start I had an appointment. All were very young with apparently little experience. When service was completed I noticed that the battery hadn’t been tested like the last time. Another young man volunteered to test it. But no one could find the battery???

First I drove 209 miles one way to Asheville Chevrolet I Talked to Matthew Elliott on the phone about A 2026 Crew Cab Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD I have looked for over 3 weeks in Knoxville TN and Nashville TN for this style of Truck and not White Matthew Elliot was kind and polite on the phone and when my wife and i arrived at the Dealership he greeted us Good morning Brian and Ms. Judy Offered fresh Coffee and donuts After talking for about 20 min he got copy of my driver’s license and said let me get a dealers tag and we will go on a test ride. he opened the front door for my wife and he got in the back seat as we were on a test drive he ask about our grand kids as we were talking about several thing Matthew gave me a feeling of ease as if I was dealing with a Honest and genuine person that wanted to help me achieve getting the truck I have always wanted for years. I have served 25year in the Army and can spot people who are Genuine and Matthew gave me that impression I am so thank full he was the sales person I Dealt with and Mr. Bobby the General Manager is Awesome as well I have bought several new Cars and Trucks in the past. And I can assure you in February 2027 I will call Mr. Matthew first and make that 209 mile drive just to do business with Asheville Chevrolet Thank you to all the folks in Asheville Chevrolet who help make my Dream come to Life
