Very good—- reason I come back

I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle thanks to John Ryan and Jim Garrod. They made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free from start to finish. Jim went above and beyond by having everything ready before I even arrived, which made the buying process quick and seamless. John had the car pulled up and ready for me to inspect as soon as I got there. Both of them were honest, upfront, and transparent about everything. I'd much rather deal with people who genuinely care about their customers than get the runaround, and that's exactly what I found here. I drove all the way from out of state because of the great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. I can't thank John and Jim enough for everything they did to make this such a great experience. If you're looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend seeing John Ryan and Jim Garrod. They truly earned my trust, and I would recommend them 10 out of 10!

Service does not usually answer the phone. You have to leave a message. Even though from my observations while I was there no one is really busy. They were on their phones or clicking around in the computer (not helping a person at the time). I had a really long wait for an oil change and tore rotation. An hour and half wait. The service department did discount my total by $5 because of my wait but I was already late for work which actually cost me much more.

Makinzie was super helpful and responsive. I have a very heavy Brightdrop 400, and the team was able to get me out the door same day despite only having one lift for this vehicle. Many thanks!
