On January 18th I came to Asheville from my home in Michigan. During my trip I experienced problems with a severe shaking in the front end of my 2006 Chevy Uplander Van. I found your website on-line and was able to contact Heather Anderson-Johnson via live chat. After advising of my problem I was contacted by Heather via e-mail and was told to bring my van into the service department the following morning and to contact service manager Wayne Smith. The service department found the problem and had me back on the road by noon and on to Savannah, GA and Tampa, FL for my 7 day Caribbean cruise. My thanks to all those who helped me out and got the problem taken care of so that I could continue my vacation. I was very well treated and very much appreciate your staff and their efforts. I purchased my 2007 Malibu SS from Asheville Chevrolet in December of 2006 and am pleased with my choice. This Malibu (my "BOO") has performed well with no problems. It provides a comfortable ride and responds well when I need to kick it onto the interstate. I love the sense of security the OnStar program gives to me, and the luxury of many music choices with XM Radio, especially the comedy channels. I recommend strongly Asheville Chevrolet for their helpful and friendly attitudes.

I have been a customer for 18 years. During this time the service department has taken great care me and problems with my car. Ed McMahan, David, and Eric have made sure all my service needs have been met. When I have had to return for any reasons for past repairs I was treated with respect and concern. I have never experienced rudeness only a readiness to address and resolve the problem at hand and/or answer my questions.
